The blast rework is amazing and I love it. It's so silly but effective, I went back to my exergis and modded blast on it and it does so well. No armour strip is needed, elementalist with cannonade does more than enough damage.

RE: Punch Through on AoE weapons. The vast majority of weapons work like Zakti, where PT is simply disabled. You were just unlucky with Komo as it's one of very few exceptions.

Build idea: Kuva Chakkurr at home Take a sniper like rubico prime, Perigale, or Lanka and mod it for blast, crits, and headshot multiplyer cuz thats what blast scales off of.

BONUS: the gas clouds actually work like ninja smoke bombs and open enemies up to finishers, I use it with my melee crescendo ash build :D

Gasp, one of the weapons I requested in a comment. This build is perfect for me since it's great for groups and for single target the Zakti's explosion opens enemies to finishers... and I do love finishers.

"fun over firepower" and that's why we're here! I haven't used the Zakti Prime in quite some time, but I remember having some fun with it long time ago. I feel like using this with my Mag, for some odd reason she popped into my head first, I suspect she can get silly with this setup.

These giant clouds remind me a lot of the Zymos! A weapon I gave a second look with the Frost changes and I am in love now! The CC helps with headshots, and then you can stack a lot of crit, especially Biting Frost!

Should use the same concept for Mutalist Cernos. I love it just fill the area with gas blast + split flight mod

Conjuction Voltage for more Multishot and even faster Reload Speed, then a Faction Mod over Sure Shot to furthermore increase the DoTs' Damage maybe? 🤔

For what it's worth, Zakti Prime has exceptional single target damage if you use Galvanized Shot instead of Sure Shot. It doesn't benefit the AoE, but the direct dart hit absolutely loves it.
