Flashing ditchlights on Ontario Northland’s 308

The special thing about 2124 is its operating flashing ditchlights which are often removed as seen with 2120 and 2121. 2123 also had flashing ditchlights but might’ve gotten them removed in its latest refurbishment (not sure yet).
