  • not a single doctor ever suggested mag to me, i discovered it on my own at 37 lol. Anxiety went from 95 to 20 out of 100.
  • Amazing!! Short, to the point and loads of right suggestions. Thank you so much!!!

The problem with asking a independent doctor is, most of them are getting kickbacks on writing prescriptions , plus they know very little about trying to get their patients off drugs. Thatā€™s the way I see it.

I've enjoyed listening to your advice and getting so much information. Thanks.

Excellent video, thank you for encouraging us to protect our health.
  • Iā€™m 52. This year is the first time that I ever had anxiety/panic attacks in my life. Iā€™ve been taking magnesium for a couple of months and my anxiety has greatly reduced. You should give it a try if youā€™re having an issue with anxiety.
  • Wonderful! This video helped me a lot!! It was everything I needed to know. I will also check out the magnesium supplement off your sight.
  • That was a very truthful joke there. I think they should be careful. It might shock the poor doc to get such a question.

  • why do something healthy when you can let the pharmaceutical companies use your body as a toxic dumping ground? my bp was high lke 190 over 100 ! i had cramps all over my body not just the legs! i never sleep at night anymore SO about 3 months ago i started using magnesium ! i just took my bp and its now 115 over 74 ! i have no cramping and i sleep at night! i am so glad i saw sites like this one !

I started taking magnesium 3 days so far. Restless leg always bothered me at night. Same with heart palpitations. Now my legs are relaxed and heart beats normally when laying down. I can finally get to sleep much easier. Also I feel relax. I take a magnesium complex. So far so good. Also noticed Anxiety has simmered down. Edit: I wrote this before watching and this was all experience I had and he says them all. So thankfully is not placebo and theyā€™re actually helping me.

FINALLY! A clear explanation of magnesium. I spent three days in the emergency room because my magnesium levels were dangerously low. They got me back up to where everything is level and then I completely changed my diet. Now after three months I go in for a regular check up and my magnesium level is right where it supposed to be! The only thing that confuses me is I take magnesium oxide, which is what the doctor gave me. But I keep reading articles saying that I canā€™t drink milk or have any dairy products within two hours before or two hours after taking the supplement. Well actually, I go to 20 different websites and a few of them will say I canā€™t consume dairy whilst others say it doesnā€™t matter. In fact, I asked three doctors two of them said it doesnā€™t make any difference and one of them said do not wash down your supplements with milk. Iā€™m so confused.
