5:03 They scammed that 800 million. Definitely could have been better utilized. The general public doesn't understand the basics of anything anymore, so big companies do what they want at the people's expense.

Rates and extra fees always come after big storm damage. I think I pay an extra $20/month with Entergy right now from the last major damage to the system. Good thing about the storm damage a few months ago, they finally had to COMPLETELY fix the lines. Because for years every time we got a little wind and rain the damn lights went out.
