Remember you started farming on your father's land,you never rented.... Me i first bought 1 acre,utilized it optimamly,the profits i got from my acre helped me buy another land from my desirable place

Cash is always king. HOWEVER I moved money from my savings account earning pittance in a US bank and parked it in the purchase of an acre of land in Africa…close to the airport. Every time you blink its value goes up. Five years from now I doubt I will be able to afford the same acre of land unless I win the lottery!
