I'm so glad I found your channel, God bless you Doctor Mandell. I have constant trouble with my sinuses, ear ache, eustation tubes blocked, eye pain, ringing in my ears. Doing your exercises are the only thing I've found that gives any relief. It seems ordinary GP doctors aren't aware of any of this and know very little about ears/nose/throat issues. At least the ones in the UK anyway. I've given up visiting my GP over the years as all they do is prescribe antibiotics which do nothing. Thank you so much :)

Holy sinus pressures! After watching 2 videos and demonstrating the same techniques. I love this guy. I can’t not explain to you how much I appreciate someone like yourself finally able to give tips and tricks. To get rid and of my sinus pressure, opening up and un-clogging my nasal passage, If I’m lucky I will only have about 3 to 4 in a month The most terrible CLUSTER headache ever. Something I would never even wish upon my worst enemy. I’m going on 48 hours now and after a handful of pain relief meds, along with some of the same tactics that you show as well as new ones I’ve never knew about. I can not thank you enough! Please….
