THIS COMPANION IS BETTER THAN SOME WARFRAMES | Hounds Companion Build 2024

I got about 12 of these in my foundry from my great sister hunt a few years ago, i guess i should break them out.

Null Audit is insane in the netracell weeklies. The 'spawn more eximus units'-keyglyph is so common that hounds with null audit really shine in those missions.

I switched to Warframe from Destiny and I’m still astonished how DE buffs so much stuff to make the game more fun and Bungie nerfs so much stuff to make their game not as fun

I didn't realize the Radiation mods remain as a separate element, allowing you to have Radiation and Heat on the same weapon. That's good to know.

The parts that you use for your hound do kind of mater. To get [Null Audit] [Reflex Denial] [Synergized Prospectus] hound mods, you need the parts [Bhaira Hound] [Cela Bracket] [Hinta Stabilizer] built on a hound at some point.

I've been testing out this build for the last hour or two and it's basically an auto-epitaph. He can even kill steel path enemies faster than my other pets, but still not very fast and eximus units are going to halt him. That bullet shield he can generate is a big pain in the butt and I think he's better off without it. But still, he'll put half a dozen status affects on the enemies in short order for you, and that isn't nothing. Also, I didn't have problems with him dying too much, even when I hang out invisible while observing him on his own.

Repo audit is the ticket. Paired with gas/electric/rad it essentially becomes a free irradiated disarm. The confusion causes enemies to melee each other forcing them to enter the gas/electric status areas. this also causes a huge amount of crowd control. The shock on repo will also cause archon stretch to continually proc even if synergized isn't out.

I'd say the hound build does matter at least a bit. If you want to use reinforced bond with 100% uptime, you need at least 350 shields with companion redirection to get the 1200 shield breakpoint.

I personally use lacerten, so I can put shattering impact on it. I also use duplex bond for more chances for my hound to strip armor. Shattering impact will still work on clones because it's not an ability but a weapon mod. Curious if anyone has tested these and what comes out on top

This is a really good video i struggled a bit understanding why the hounds are so good now i know and im itching to get stuck in a build them!

Because my Melee weapon is usually modded for Viral Slash, my Hound has Rad, Magnetic, Gas (basically the combo elements that you dont see used very often). This allows me to consistently proc Mag, Rad, Gas, Electric, Viral+IPS. I also combos that with Null Audit because Manifold and Momentous procs on the damage that Eximus abilities deal, and Hound Frost Bubbles no longer block bullets anymore, so you can now safely equip Null Audit and have your Hound become a walking ball of Status Effects by stacking these together too. Synergized+Null+Manifold+Momentous is a nutty combo, sometimes it feels like I just brought a second Frame alongside me into the missions.

i have like 3 hounds and i have no idea how to operate them, this seems like a good guide to experiment with them

reflex however is actually pretty good damage. cause it absorbs damage, like an absorb from nyx. and nyx absorbs damage even from ally attacks... so... you fire your incarnon weapon into that by accident and suddenly the hound is a walking death ball. which is also magnet damage. so. more priming. :D
