Should be called Effingham Gateway Industrial Hub, since it is in Effingham not Savannah.

More paving over of the land and pollution - how about those tax abatements that the developer will get that the local residents will have to foot the bill for? More lower level 'jobs' of containers moving in an out of the port so Mericans can have their cheap goods from China.
