My grandfather who was born in Bardi, Italy (northern) lived to be 100. When he was interview by the local newspaper on his longevity his advice was to eat plenty of garlic and olive oil, walk. Mile a day, and to drink wine sparingly.

Hello,I like your channel.I practice intermitent fasting,I eat 6-7 hours a day.I excercise on empty stomach- I eat 6 am to 12-13, so during my working hours.I excercise when I come home evening everyday for obout 30 min.Obviously,I don’t eat before or after excercise,I just drink water.I wonder,if this is alright to do.
