I like Rhodes actor change introduction "Look, it's me. I'm here. Deal with it. Let's move on"
  • As a kid, we all thought “when will we get to the fighting.” As grown-ups we now all realise that this scene was master crafted and bloody hilarious
  • @Zeemas
"Anthony Stark has created a sword with untold possibilities, and yet he insists it's a shield." Is a pretty well said metaphor indeed. Love this line
  • "I'd love to leave my door unlocked...but this ain't Canada." Contrary to popular belief - we DO lock the front doors to our igloos. Otherwise the beavers raid our fridges and steal all the Molson and maple syrup.

Id say most companies 5-10 years away... Hammer Industries 20 😂😂

I think everyone forgot this is the first f-bomb in the MCU

Have to hand it to Garry Shandling, Senator Stern's actor; he absolutely nails the performance of "infuriating congressman." Like, he felt all too real and I grit my teeth every time he interrupted people and tried to steer the conversation in his favor, and hearing him curse at Tony was the icing on the cake. Makes the reveal he's a part of H.Y.D.R.A. in Winter Soldier even better.

4:09 Military personnel crushes his spine from an experimental armor Fast forward, Doctor Strange : "I got a 35 year old air force colonel, crushed his lower spine in some experimental armor"

I love that Hammer only gets a small applause yet Tony gets the whole courtroom. Really good writing and characterisation
  • @Fbiguy
"Let the record reflect that I observed Mr Hammer entering the chamber and I am wondering if and when any actual expert will also be in attendance." Ice cold
  • @A-myth
The expertise of Hammer came forward when he was not even able to turn off a TV, before Tony could ridicule him.
  • "Justin you're on TV, focus up." Tony just slapped Justin's face so hard his soul went to astral plane.
  • Let's take a moment here to appreciate the - Natural acting by all the cast. It felt like a real court scene and not acting. The interruptions, drinking water, instructions, awkward silences, they are real. Only a film maker would understand.

"I tried to play ball with these a-- clowns." That describes how I feel about most politicians. A great scene!

this scene is just extremely underrated and an absolute GREAT testament of RDJ's superiority in portraying as Tony Stark. His mannerism here is just straight out of the comics. Simply the greatest, and im sad to think that one day there will be a rebooted Tony Stark in the MCU and its gonna a different feel for all fans :(

I wish the MCU would go back to this colour grading
