Lose Weight while you SLEEP ~ Listen Every Night

Welcome to Dauchsy’s Manifest series. This meditation will reprogram your mind to help you lose weight, all while you go to sleep. Your subconscious mind is most comfortable and open to suggestion when you are unconscious in a sleeping state. You may be asleep, but your subconscious is busy at work. By speaking with the subconscious mind as you sleep, you will be creating positive habits and routines that will make it effortless to reach your ideal weight. Because reaching a healthy weight and lifestyle is not about always staying motivated and willing yourself to lose weight, it’s about retraining your mind by creating positive eating habits and learning the techniques to control your hunger stimulus. You may be skeptical if you can really lose weight just by listening to this audio, and I can only tell you from my personal experience, but since using these techniques myself, I have gone from 210 lbs to 170 lbs. Losing 40 lbs feeling as if the process was effortless.

    This really does work. I began listening to this meditation about 8 months ago. I went from 217 lbs to now 143 lbs. I (obviously) changed my eating habits and began exercising, but I credit this meditation for giving me self control, and that mind-over-matter feeling.     I have been doing this for a month, I have loss the urge to constantly snack. I choose pickles over chips or fruit over cake. I have lost 16 pounds total. I said I would wait to leave a review and I truly must say this works! I go to sleep with my ear plugs in every night. I wish I could get my money back from all the weight loss pills I have purchased over the years!

    I’ve lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks of hypnosis. I m an emotional eater and I was at a point in life where I could never feel Full. I was desperate!!! Since my brother told me he stopped smoking through hypnosis I decided I would try it for weight loss. I Like that my relationship toward food has changed. I can separate food cravings from other feelings now. Now I can say hey,”I’m not hungry I’m just sad. Or I’m just seeing that it looks delicious.     I have a bad habit of eating spoonfuls of Nutella at night .i listen to this once over night and i no longer have the habit of doing it rn and this is the time i usually would get up and get some

    This works!! I am a sugar addict/night eater/stress eater, I fall asleep to this every night and it’s almost weird the next day when I’m not thinking about sugar or food all day! I notice when I stop listening to it for a couple of nights the cravings come back! This has really helped me and I fall asleep 5-10 minutes into it!

    Yo I am a pretty logical guy lol. I say this because when I first saw the video in my recommendation I laughed. I only gave it a try because of some comments with huge claims. Well here I am two weeks later and about 12 pounds lighter. I kid you not!! My circle of friends are confused as well. Call it placebo effect, be skeptical like I was but don’t say it doesn’t work lol!
  • Yes this does work!!! been listening to this every night for 4 months from Sept 2023 - Jan 2024 and I’ve lost 7.1kg (15.6 pounds). I pretty much forgot i had been listening to this track (its in a list of subliminals i listen to every night), and realised i should come back to comment here to testify this is very effective. I used to binge eat A LOT and i havent done so now since September. I eat healthily and also exercise regularly with ease. This track helps with healthy habits to come naturally to you.
