Farming On Sunday Mistakes- Trucking Up The Hills

2024-07-05に共有
Join along as we get some items cleaned up at the farm and have a issue with a broken hydraulic fitting that makes our Sunday a slow one. Then back into manure hauling with long runs and hills to climb. Thanks for watching along.

  • ❤ hello Duff hello Duffy from BB Dundee Scotland I love watching your program every night keep the good work up God bless you
  • You are truly blessed. To some, it's work. But to a farmer, it's enjoyable.

Choose an out of the way spot for your junk bales. Throw a big tarp over the pile to keep it as dry as possible. When wintertime hits, and there’s a good amount of snow on the ground, uncover the pile, throw on a bucket of diesel and fire it up. Keep that spot as your disposal site for that yearly chore. 🫡
  • Pigs looking good, the farm is starting to come together nicely. No matter what the haters say we have no idea what it’s like to do the work but we sure do appreciate the effort you put in. My family had a dairy farm but foot and mouth wiped out the pedigree herd and my Aunty was broken by it and we switched to livery and hay. My Cousin is a contract farmer like your doing and he said best life and gets to enjoy farming with half the stress of government poking its nose in. Your growing a great Croft now and looking forward to harvest season, here’s to a good years turn over

Give the pigs an old soccer ball or something. They love a toy and are less likely to start working at dismantling the pen.
  • Opinions are like ass holes everyone has one ...lol your awsome im retired dairyman and what u do is fine, people don't realize reality and cost.....keep it up Duffy....
  • How far were you going one way cause that's seemed like a far piece to haul manure
  • For the pigs, put in a nipple for the water, we used them for all of our pigs when we raised them.
  • we used to pull some huge hills in Mississippi hauling urea and cotton seed
  • @hvy1ton
Just get a cylinder stop that goes on the rod.
  • Feel fortunate about your corn looks good considering all the rain
