My maternal grandfather died at 89 years old in September 2021. My maternal grandmother is 82 years old now, and she is moderately active. She only cooks basic dishes (middle-class menu) for herself at this age. She drinks enough water, writes poems on any topic, and reads Bhagavad Geeta at least 5 days a week. She gets ill sometimes but nothing serious has happened till now. Both of my maternal grandparents used to regularly walk at least 30 minutes a day in their youth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they did light exercise regularly. They are an inspiration for me to lead a healthy lifestyle. Guys, please prioritize your health, and quit bad habits immediately.😊

1- Move Naturally. 2- purpose. 3- downshift. (Stress can be decreased by) Prayer, afternoon naps, social interaction, yoga etc. 4-80 percent rule. - fasting. - regularly eat less . 5- plant slant . -vegetarian diet:-beans, vegetables, tubers(plant based diets) . 6-wines at 5❌. -grapes✅. 7-belong. -charity, be kind, help others etc. 8- Loved ones first. 9- Right tribe. -friend circle with healthy habits. - spend time with them.

She's not the only one , I'm from the tarai side of Nepal which is on the border of Nepal and Bihar , in my village there are many people like this . Recently an old man who was 130 years old died a few days ago and there are more people like this who are still alive . My own grandfather is 90+ years old and still alive . I am so proud of where I belong . People had such a simple life in my grandparents era and it's not breaking news for them to live this long
