How about term limits for congress
-
So he wants to do this to the Supreme Court!! But doesn't think congress should have the same standards!! How about term limits on congressman, and make them disclose thier large donations from people!!!!
-
This requires a Constitutional Amendment. It has no chance of passing.
-
How about the same plan for congress and senate?
-
3/4th House, 60 senate votes, 38 States must ratify without governor veto, good luck.
-
The United States Supreme Court and the government should be completely neutral.
-
Then it’s only fair that we have financial transparency and term limits for senators, too.
-
President Biden needs to resign and those pulling his strings should stop whining about not getting their way...
-
He’s in no condition to make any changes. But sounds interesting. Except judges have an 18 year window of grooming
-
They Won't Be Happy Till The Court's 9-0 Liberal!!!
-
Never would have come up with this if the Supreme Court was majority progressive. Just like the electoral college. If it worked in their favor they wouldn't want to get rid of it.
-
FDR tried to change the Supreme Court too. Politicians never quit attacking the Constitution but they often fail.
-
I wonder who’s proposing this? We know it’s not Biden. The Supreme Court would be a court with all the toppings to him.
-
Who is he to say that when he been playing us wrong for 50 years
-
They say they fight for democracy yet they nominate a new candidate behind closed doors and begin adjusting the checks and balances to better fit their needs. This is the behavior of tyrants.
-
It hasnt been a problem until he couldnt have his way
-
Term and age limits for all public office positions. From county clerks to presidents.
-
He should not be allowed to make any decision he is not of his right mind . And anyone that allows any one packing the courts should not be in office
-
So who is the dictator that doesn't believe in separation of powers outlined in the Constitution???
