Thank you, I am planting buttercup squash this year and wasn't sure when to harvest. This was so helpful.
  • Thank you. I planted cucumber seeds, and for some reason these huge leaves, flowers, and round vegetables are growing! I didn't know what they are, now I do! And can figure out what to do with them.
  • We love soups I. The winter so we peel and dice our squash and put them I. The freezer in a large bag and you can use them as you need them. Beats paying $5.00per lb. The best thing to grow if you have the space in the garden.

Usually you don’t want to hold them by the stem. They look beautiful

How do you cook them? I grew them last year as well, but my family didn't care for the texture. I need some more ideas on how to prepare them!
