It's really amazing when you do something with all your ilusions and your heart and so many people likes it and support you. Thank you very much. Also I would like to say one important thing: RESPECT other people. You don't know em, you don't know if his life its easy or hard, you don't know if they are happy or sad, if they have a good day or not. You don't know if they are in troubles or all is going right. A cpl yrs ago, i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was 416 pounds. I went from 242 pounds as a Firefighter, to 416 pounds in three yrs dealing with a back injury. no excuse for gaining the weight. I used this one, and many more of your tunes to dancer-size too, in a sorta kinda way. Dancing, jumping jacks, running in place, wind mills... free style movement dancing.
