  • I've been taking this for over three months and I'm seeing two results: falling asleep at night quicker and more focus and clarity with my to-do list.

I have epilepsy. Or at least that’s what I was diagnosed with. But even on seizure meds, my seizures happened either with stress or certain foods. I started taking Magtech L-threonate about 6 months ago at bedtime. I sleep great. But I was staying away from coffee because that was a trigger. After watching this, as a trial, I took one capsule in the morning. Then had a cup of coffee. And he is correct. I have a sense of being super hyper focused. But calm. No seizures at all. I can’t thank him enough. Because for years, I’ve missed coffee. If you know someone that has seizures, have them try an L-Threonate supplement. It’s life changing.
  • Hey, Dr Sung. I have been watching your videos and tweaked my diet/ supplements based on your teachings. I noticed my stomach acids normalized, and I am mentally sharper and more energetic. I always look forward to your videos, and thank you for sharing.
  • You really seem to want to help people. Great information without the hype or the self serving hidden agenda of many others who offer advice on vitamins minerals and other supplements.
  • WOW thank you very much , I have started Magtein along with Vitamin B6(P5P) Vitamin B12 Phosphatidylserine Choline Vitamin D3 Excellent information... TY...I just subscribed to your channel
  • I have hashimoto's and I have been trying for years to "feel" better. To loose weight it's near impossible. I do gluten free, dairy free, no soy, very little corn. I have tried so many things. Nothing seems to work. Now I am trying this 72 hour fasting. Praying this helps! I just found you and love the content. Thank you for putting this up!

New to Magtein, it makes so very very tired but also makes me feel really good at the same time. Like my brain is finally able to relax and is catching up. I am only taking 1 of the 3 capsule serving size and it has had tremendous effects.

Seems great! Does anyone know if the studies were all funded by the patent-holding company or there were third party studies confirming the results?
  • Thank You so much for your willingness to share your knowledge. I have, through yours and a few others learned to live much better and am much healthier. I am very grateful ☮️💖🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦

Can I become a patient of yours please? I'm struggling with pain for 10 years, nobody, literally nobody can diagnose me and after watching few videos of yours I'm getting my answers straight away. Not to mention what kind of a fortune I've spent for all the tests, MRI, CTs etc, then physiotherapy, reflexology, a shrink.... Nothing, completely nothing has helped. I'm starting fasting and anyparasatic treatment and I'm focusing on my protein intake, magnesium etc from now onwards. Thank you so much.
  • @2coryman
Thank you doctor Sung, I will buy it for Mom❤ Blessings
  • @BiggieCheese45
I took it a few years ago when I was in college. I was sharper than my Professors! I haven't taken it since, but I do notice the slight cognitive decline from feeling mentally superior, only problem is Magtein is kind of pricey, I would take half the dose and still feel the benefits
  • @pip5461
Jin, your research is of immense importance... Thank you for your commitment...!
  • @WmArthur
I've been using Colloidal Magnesium liquid, Nano sized, 30-50 microns, 30 ppm. Recommended 1 tsp 3 X daily. It must be elemental Magnesium? I was thinking it would be able to pass the blood brain barrier? Also using Methylene Blue occasionally. My wife has onset Alzheimers. We're also using B + C Complex, Choline with Inositol, Selenium, Oral Iodine, D3 + K2, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Lions Mane Mushroom, Coconut Oil. Also avoiding all sugars and highly processed carbs. I'm hoping we're moving in the right direction. We don't trust the Clinic Doctors and can't afford other specialists. What do you think of the Colloidal Magnesium, it's size and absorbtion? Thank You!
  • @RichArtLove
Excellent Clarity & Detail In This Presentation, As Usual. Thanks! Question; Does Potassium Citrate add to the efficiency of the Magnesium?
