Jesus said “It is finished!” Did he mean the old covenant?

it is often said that the damned would not follow jesus out of hell if offered the choice..would they opt for annihilation if allowed?..what does god get from the vast majority of souls existing in eternal agonies?

I have a question concerning the 4th (or 3rd?) commandment (please see my own reply to this message): 26:02 Bishop Williamson: "The 10 commandments are commandments, They are not options. I can't say I will obey eight of the commandments and two of them I wont obey. [...]. The ten commendments are not ten options. Nor can men fool around with the commandments."
