All the plants make me so happy, I love seeing "overgrown" themes in fish tanks and such. It makes it just so more natural and comfy. I would love to be an axolotl living there.

There's an axolotal on my college campus. It has no where near a 20 gallon tank and it's definitely longer than 4 inches, I'm wondering if I should bring it up to them. Maybe we can start a fundraiser to get it a bigger tank

For anyone who is interested, lucky bamboo isn't actually a species of bamboo. It is still an awesome plant though and looks lovely in the tank.

Just another piece of advice, a lot of the caves look like they are a little pointy. Axolotls don't have very thick or tough skin, it's frigile, so points, rough surfaces, or sharp edges could hurt it badly Edit: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just stop commenting on here. It's been two months and people are still fighting over this comment. Just like or dislike it and move on

Here's a tip: If you keep changing her cage too much, that could stress her out. Make sure to not do it so much.

This is the best video of axolotl I found on YouTube (and one of my favorites videos of all sorts of animal). Lucy is so cute. I wish I had my own axolotl but preparation and maintenance of tank looks so complicated. I just grow a virtual axolotl on a phone app...
