*** if you don’t want your salsa to be spicy use 1 jalapeño and 2 árbol
Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken; shredded
4 poblano peppers; roasted, peeled and cut into strips
10 oz queso panela or fresco
Corn tortillas
For my salsa verde
10 tomatillos
1 Roma tomato
Chile Serrano or jalapeños
Chile árbol I used 10
Handful of cilantro
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp chicken bouillon
Salt I used 1 tsp
1/4 small diced onion
1 serving of love 💕

I've watched your videos for a long time so I've adjusted your spice to my wife's liking and learned to add more for me. It would be amazing for people newer to your videos if you said things like, "3 chile de arbol will provide a nice mild-medium heat" or something like that. More for more spice, etc. Took me a while to find the sweet spot so both my wife and I were happy! Thanks so much for the recipes Claudia.
