I don’t support the whole social media influencers but with Claudia she seems very humble and talented in the kitchen. Makes her recipes super easy to follow. During Covid we didn't go to any restaurants. Claudia taught me to make flour and corn tortillas, red and green enchilada sauce, refried beans and a host of recipes using all those components. Claudia enhanced our lives during a difficult time. As she says, "And, now, for the best part. The tasting!"
