The Scottish Sun published a video last month of German police using the “Pain Grip” to remove him from protesting on the road.
A member of the German Just Stop Oil protest group, called Letzte Generation, screamed in terror as he was dragged away and taken down a street.
The protest group describes itself as an "alliance" and was formed in 2021 from participants in the "last generation hunger strike".
They have recently been blocking traffic in many German cities by sitting in the middle of the road at junctions, according to The Scottish Sun.
Ms Panahi said the police are getting “thoroughly sick” of the “eco crazies”.
