It is funny seeing you describe Code Veronica as B-Team: The story goes that it was originally going to be the true successor to Resident Evil 2, and was intended as such, up until it became apparent that Capcom were obligated to release the mainline series on PlayStation first and foremost. The Resident Evil 3 we know today, the one featuring Jill and Nemesis, actually was intended as a Gaiden spin-off but got promoted through circumstance. In anycase, you're not alone in wanting a remake. I feel Code Veronica takes the design philosophies of RE2 and goes mental with it, for better or for worse. Someday I should play the PlayStation 3 version of Code Veronica since it apparently has an overhauled realtime lighting and shadow system, besides the obvious niceties that come pre-requisite with a seventh generation HD remaster and all that.

I love Steve at 3:32 looking like a bad@ss like Leon. I love how Steve and Leon look alike but they couldn't be much more different as characters. Steve Burnside is the man!

We need a Code Veronica Remake next, however I feel like if Capcom is chasing the money they will put their focus more towards a RE5 remake. Rumor has it they are working on a remake of both games though??
