A shortcut runners biggest drawback is playing the game legit lol. It's like learning how to ride a bike after breaking your legs and recovering for 20yrs. I saw the pain. I feel you bro.

This was fun but a version of “worst shortcuts” where the risk of attempting the shortcut almost always outweighs the reward would be SWEET! (Obviously this wouldn’t apply to attempting PBs/WRs, more of a casual play perspective)

I can't even do most of the shortcuts on DDR properly and that's another reason why I hate it and why it's my least favorite track give or take along with Sherbet Land.

For Mario Circuit, you could've just taken the ramp 'shortcut'. It's actually slower than taking the turn normally lol.

The really funny thing about this is that the MG longcut you showed and deemed to be the slowest of all of them actually saves time when performed correctly lol

I feel like there could be some hideous respawn shortcuts on Ghost Valley and you could practically just go for driving Mario Raceway in a straight line. Wouldn't mind a part 2 of this.
