I used to show the gifts as part of ' @The Chateau Diaries ' episodes, but you're all so very generous that we have many gifts, and if we spent the episodes opening them, we wouldn't be able to show you other aspects of chateau life! So, for those of you who enjoy watching presents being opened, and as a way to thank those of you who were kind enough to send them, I've made this new channel. Every week we will film your beautiful gifts whilst enjoying afternoon tea or aperitif together.

It is very important to me that you know that we in no way expect anyone to send us gifts. I would like to go further than that and add that, if doing so will put you in any financial difficulty whatsoever, please, please do not send us anything. Knowing that you join us by watching 'The Chateau Diaries' gives us all an enormous boost. But for those of you who have sent these incredibly thoughtful gifts, I hope that seeing us open them gives you a fraction of the joy that you've given us 💖💖💖

If you would like to see more of our life at the chateau, please go to our main 'Chateau Diaries' channel:

Loved watching you opening presents and Phillip talking. You two are more than enough for me and really enjoy seeing you together. Hope you enjoyed your special time
  • Stephanie so thrilled to hear about Percy’s improvement x great to see you home with Philip. Much love Josie x

I loved playing with paper dolls when I was a little girl (pre Barbie). It was a way to change her clothes. We had a magazine here in the USA called McCalls. The paper doll was Betsy McCall.

That was fun, it is always fun watching Stephanie. Her love of life blasts out from the screen into our hearts.

Michael is such a generous person and has such great taste! He's Stephanie's personal Santa Claus and only selects the best for her. This was fun!

This one reminded me of when you first started the channel. I think I love this format most (not that everyone else hasn’t been lovely). It just reminds me of when there were fewer gifts but Stephanie’s opening of each one (I remember a scarf in particular) was so very entertaining! I really enjoyed this😊

Thank goodness Philip is amazing at fixing the beautiful mugs!

The beautiful tablecloth remindes me of my mother and the work she did when she embroidered tablecloths especially for springtime and easter dinners. I have learned the technique which are not very difficult.

I watch you and Phillip, Mummy, and Percy and the gaggle of friends that fill your beautiful chateaux and all the days of your lives that we can view. I discovered you during the Covid crisis. I watch all the vlogs and enjoy seeing what everyone is doing. I must say, your tastes are very much like my own. I especially like it when you and Phillip (maybe Kat if she is visiting) do the trip to surrounding beautiful little villages and the Brocantes (sp?). The country-side is much like here in Pennsylvania, but a slight bit different. I also enjoy your trips to Paris and anywhere. I am also a big fan of blue and white china.. Phillip has the touch to create lovely designed table scapes. Well. enough for today. But before I go, I must say please give my best to Percy to get well soon. and I cannot find your online store. Well Au Deau for today. Keep making your great vlogs and I send love and joy to all of you at Chateau Lalande.
  • Oh I love it just being us.👨‍👩‍👦 😂❤ Sending love to you and your family and the crew. From Rosie O from Devon England x 🇬🇧👏

Stephanie I know you are planning on cancelling Cadeaux at the end of the year. I can not tell you how disappointing this is. I have only been given 3 gifts in my life and I can not express how fun it is to see you open gifts from complete strangers and to see your joy, and I also can not express how exciting it is see so many wonderful creative and beautiful hand made and designed gifts, and then those amazing gifts of elegance and beauty.
  • @claudine1928
I really didn't mind just the two of you. Beautifull gifts well presented. Have fun together.
  • @janinebarron2691
Stephanie and Phillip you are so well suited. I totally forget about the age difference until one of you makes a joke about it. The Dynamic Duo

What fun books and presents and special hedgehog medal for Philipp! Gorgeous Ribbon Table Cloth, Michael!  Enjoy!!!
  • @heidijay5902
I think at this point we need to send Phillip a new kintsugi repair kit or five. The much easier (& less hazardous cousin of traditional kintsugi), still makes broken items beautiful when put back together again.
  • @crinkle2649
I have a couple of ribbon brooches that I am making. I love that table cloth it is beautiful
  • @crinkle2649
I completely missed almost everything so I am rewatching it. The thumbnail caught my attention because I LOVE paper dolls. That was so super cool that they made you into a paper doll
