    I appreciate your opinion but there is some information missing. They are different type of therapist that focus on either the past and some who are more about the here and now (present). Psychodynamic Therapsit and Psychoanalytic Therapist. Not all Therapsit are solely focus on the past.

    A very simplistic distinction. You forgot to mention that therapists go to school for many years and get extensive training whereas coaches’ training varies, and some don’t get trained at all. Also therapists need to pass a licensing exam and adhere to certain standards and guidelines that are actually important; not merely an obstacle that coaches have found a way to overcome as this video alludes to. This video just encapsulates the simplistic approach coaching holds.
