Wow Stradman your are genuinely a super nice guy I actually read those text messages and not one time did you even flip on so called David and you were even still genuinely happy when he did finally reach back out to you like seriously Stradman you are literally one of the nicest guys I know for someone who knew he was being taken advantage of and still being so super nice and generous to David still says alot .... I think I speak for everyone when I say you really are as nice as it gets stradman like wow im amazed to look at those text messages and see how u still respected David the entire time and never once had him feel less of a person or anything

As a fence contractor, it hurts to see this kind of stuff. It’s so easy to be communicative and honest. Wish I lived in Utah and could of helped!

Sorry you're going through this James. I had learned this lesson too. Now I am more strict and hard when doing business. I'd rather apologize after the work is done, than be "nice" and lose out on your money later.

7:00 Had a similar issue with a company for a deck... They get as much money as they can... prioritize "bigger jobs" and leave you in the dust. Hired a lawyer and had to go after them for services not rendered. It's sad that there are so many sketchy contractors out there. Super refreshing when you find someone who takes pride in their work and gets quality work done in a timely manner

Same EXACT thing happened to me back in 2005. Guy kept asking for the balance even though he wasn’t close to being done and then my now ex wife paid him even though I said not to and he cashed the check at our bank that day and then lied and lied for months and it wasn’t worth the 3-4 grand to keep up anymore. Must be a ton of business to be had if people can do this and get away with it over and over! Lesson learned Strad! Happy holidays! ❤🎉
