I promise you'll get this thing done! Play the focus music, drink water, and forgive yourself a little :)

Everyone asking why this works: ADHD is a lack of activity in the prefrontal lobe of your brain. Usually a lack of beta brain waves resonating to 12-38hz! This video literally temporarily reduces your ADHD depending on how your brain is affected.

i don’t have adhd but this is the only thing that works, a fan is too quiet and music is too distracting so thank u for making this

Welcome to another episode of "Am I neurodivergent or am I just being dramatic?" Today we have our lead, me, try out ADHD focusing tracks to see if it works on me a little too well. Well, let us get on with our show!

i don’t have adhd or anything like that but i procrastinate way too much and now quarantine has got me procrastinating even more, but i won’t let myself fall behind and get bad grades so i just stress myself out because i procrastinate so much. i’m listening to this while writing an essay that i didn’t start until about 6 hours before it’s due and it actually is really helping me focus on it and not get distracted by anything, which i tend to get distracted a lot when working on stuff at home(which is not fun, especially since i have to do all my work at home now). ... sorry this is so long nobody’s even gonna see it but oh well
  • My adhd is pretty bad. I find it hard to focus on even one simple math problem, and I always end up doodling on the side of the paper instead of actually doing my work. My room is extremely messy 24/7 because I don’t have any patience to clean it. If I start, I’ll get distracted by a thing I found and just sit there and look at it. Or get lost in my thoughts it bothers me a lot, especially when I’m doing big tests :(

This, this right there, SAVED MY LIFE as a student ! I couldn't even concentrate for 5 mins, I'd have read the same sentence over and over for about 15 times times before understanding it. I would lose my focus, and I would be distracted by everything so easily. Getting the easiest task done, which should normally take about a dozen minutes, would take me hours. But thanks to this incredible masterpiece right there, which may not sound that amazing at first, I can actually concentrate on my work and study like a normal decent human being.

It can be so frustrating to try and work when you feel like your brain is foggy and muddled no matter how hard you try to focus. I tried listening to this and studying and after a few moments I realized that my mind was clear and entirely focused on the page in front of me, it is such a relief and I’m so glad I found this
