"Binaural Beats" is a term given to playing one sound frequency in one ear, and another sound frequency in the opposite ear, creating a two-tone effect in the midbrain that is actually perceived to be one tone. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate β€’ Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so you better have it plugged in all the timeπŸ”‹ β€’ Your headphones.🎧 You can focus more with headphones because they block background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 β€’ a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.β˜• β€’ Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ β€’Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lie on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.     For the skeptics, I've been using this for more than 2 years now and it has worked for me. Whenever I need to focus deeply on my work, I put my headsets on, play this track and get to work. Most of the times, I don't get distracted at all or at least I get distracted much less if I play this. Not sure how it works, but it works!

    This is awesome. I listened to this while writing my novel today and it helped me focus. I wrote for 15 minutes without stopping. EDIT: Okay, I used this again today and I could concentrate enough to read a whole chapter of a book in 15 minutes without getting distracted! I have the attention span of a gnat. I recently started using a subliminal video to improve my focus, but for now, I have this wonderful binaural. Thank you! :)

    I swear, this music slows down time dramatically. There is literally no way I spent such a short time studying, but writing and learning so much. no way.

    Befor you work, put this with your headphones for 15 min in, and just listen to the sound. Then go back to work, with your headphones in and you will be more focused and your creative ideas will flowπŸ₯΅πŸ€―
