I cried through this whole video lmaooooo. I just love seeing Shane so happy and he’s worked so hard for his and he doesn’t usually let himself have nice things. Ryland was the best thing to happen to him, honestly.

I do not understand why Shane seems to think he's not attractive.. He's actually a very good looking human. I mean really, he has a good body type/proportion, he has a handsome face, and everyone knows that your personality HIGHLY reflects the way you look to people so OBVIOUSLY Shane is covered there lol can we all just take a minute to appreciate his beauty and show him some love?

Hi, vegas Realtor® here, I know you’ve had this home for a while now but here’s some tips to keep it looking amazing: make sure the countertops have been properly sealed so the marble never stains. Also about once a year you’re going to want to have any grout in the house steam cleaned and resealed as well. Since you’re also in an earthquake area, keep an eye out for cracks in the foundation, ceiling, doorways, etc, and don’t let them spread. Take care of them immediately. Any ‘wet’ areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc) should also be checked for cracks around the caulking so you never have water damage. If you ever notice a window ‘fogging’ on the inside between the panes, that means the airtight seal has broken and the window needs to be replaced. And most importantly, CONGRATULATIONS on your dream home! You both deserve it and all the happiness in the world!!!! 💕💗💕💗
