✨In this sound bath we will tap into each of these minor chakras with 5 specific frequencies.
✨Our lowest minor chakras are those centered in each foot, known as the foot chakras.
These are our strongest points of grounding energy and represent our connection to the earth.
❤️This is a Wolf-Moon Tibetan singing bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
✨This is paired with the symphonic gong which generates an ultra-low 70Hz frequency.
Together, these are 2 of the lowest frequencies and represent the foot chakras.
❤️The 3rd and 4th minor root chakras are located in the back of each knee.
✨These energy points are said to control your direction and momentum in life as well as your flexibility in a physical sense and the way you approach life.
✨The crystal singing bowl to the right is a lower root bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
Paired with the 194Hz tuning fork, these frequencies represent the knee chakras.
❤️Lastly, the 257Hz crystal singing bowl to the left represents the entire root.
✨Aligning all 4 minor chakras with the primary chakra and allowing any blockages to clear.

This is wonderful. I've had foot pain and arthritis in all my joints for years. This is helping my joints in my feet. My knees were replaced but my knee caps have been in pain since the weather has cooled. Tonight, they thank you. You should make a vidoe for all joint and bone pain. Issues (lifelong) around home... finding home, having a home, grounding it in actuality. To have at least 'pied a terre'. Like Sweet Pea flower essence issues & more? Many issues needing healing. In life situations right now and most all of my life literally daily, which force me to over energize the upper chakras in order to survive. But the energetic realities must be addressed first, before anything can settle, balance, heal, and manifest. Seeing this video was actually so validating. Anytime I listen to root chakra frequencies, I usually never feel them where the main chakra is located, but in my legs and feet. I thought maybe I was just weird or something but it's good to know that's all connected and I'm not crazy or anything.
