I always enjoy watching Katie and Greg working on various projects on their property.
-
I suggest: Storage in the front would look cluttered no matter how organized it is, so: store BEHIND for a cleaner look, AND part in Front, for shadow and protection for rain or snowfall, 1/3 back, 2/3 front.
-
Sorry, Greg, I'm with Katie on this one. I think the long section should have been in back. I do think you should do the house colors on that, since as Katie said, you've already got a lot of blue with the barns. The power house is more associated with "house" than "barn" anyway. As someone who's generator is under a tarp beside our house, I still think you should put a pad next to the powerhouse under that overhang and put your generator there.

I’m just gonna say it!!! You and Greg are my FAVORITES on the tube! I love your energy, you zest for living, your creativity, and just how well you both work together. I have learned so much from you both and love what you are doing around the homestead! Katie you do an amazing job of editing and I love your music choices! Best of luck to you both and I think you are an amazing couple! Little Steve is really growing fast! ❤️🐐🐕❤️🐕

Good morning Katie& Greg! Yes, paint the shed to match the house so it will look beautiful Katie! Sorry the mill broke😢. 🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s

It’s good to see Katie’s skill set progress. You guys make a good team.

Storage in the front would look cluttered no matter how organized it is. I vote: store BEHIND for a cleaner look 😊

Great video. My favorite part was the pool at the end. I just finished helping my son-in-law strip siding off his 120 year old house on a very hot sunny day. That cold clear water would have felt great.
-
We need one of those pools today, we are on the coast, no breeze and it’s hot, hot, hot! Home tomorrow though 😢. Have a great week guys, power room looking good. I agree Katie, same colour as the house! 😊🇬🇧
-
Katie, beautiful flowers in the intro. The power shed looks great with the overhangs. Yes, paint to match the house.
-
I wonder if the chickens will learn how to peck the buttons to open/close the door from the outside :)
-
Hey Katie i agree with you go ahead and paint it brown yall have a great rest of your weekend and be safe🙂💕
-
I agree with the overhang at the front but my concern is around snow load. I feel you should either add additional bracing to the side or insert a pillar.
-
Everyone should have a waterfall in their backyard Looks really refreshing. Wow, that build was quick. Good work.
-
Leave the overhang for the " Powershed " on the backside for that hidden area effect ! In my opinion anyways . No sense wasting good wood . L8R from Eastern Canada . ✌ out
-
Quick build, looking good. And so it's Katie. Peace and love,Tim

Hey guys, after watching most of, if not all of your videos, I’ve noticed that quite a few of your nails do not seat fully. I noticed that both of you allow the gun to “bounce” off the board when the gun drives the nail, allowing a lot of the driving energy to be lost. If you hold the gun firmly against to the board during the shot, and don’t let it “kick back” I think you’ll find that the nails will seat fully into the wood. Maybe not 100%, but more than what I’ve been seeing. I know the gun is heavy, and awkward at times, but if you can do this it will save a lot of follow-up hammering. I did a lot of DIY framing when I had time, energy and motivation. I envy what you’re doing. Keep up the great work.

Greg’s still got it! Hops around up on that roof like a monkey! Power shed will be great with quad parking!! Good call Greg😎 Nice to have the dunking pool to cool off. Flowers are beautiful. Everything is looking so good😎

I too am with Katie, as soon as you store something in the front, you will block the door. Form follows function😊
