As we go into the winter and holiday season, we may find ourselves using our spiritual tools more frequently.

The days are getting shorter... this means less sunshine to feed our physical and spiritual beings.

Possibly more sweets and alcohol with special gatherings... tends to lower not only our immune systems but also place us on a roller coaster ride with our energy levels.

We also may find ourselves in situations where 'old' roles and patterns... may surface and trigger emotions that have been relatively dormant.

This week our theme... TRUSTING IN THE PROCESS is a reminder to check in frequently and to take the extra time to give yourself what you need to nourish your being.

Our daily words of DIVINITY, HONESTY, PROCESS, PROMISE, REASSURED, HONOR, and TRUST will guide us each morning to be compassionate to ourselves and others.
