About Better Call Saul: Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

I like how at the beginning of the video Gus switches from his murder face to nice guy face.
  • I really like how despite it all just being a front for his drug business, Gus puts a lot of effort into making Los Pollos Hermanos a legitimate fast food place. All the better as cover, and it also gives him a little extra on the side.

When he said "You can buy a basket with your employee discount" the former line-cook in me just lost it😂
  • @GhostSlayer81
This is great .. Can we get also some Chemistry classes with Walter White ?!
  • @ComicalRealm
Gus is definitely the most organized character I’ve ever seen on television. Hell he’s more organized than all the people I know in real life

I worked at Los Pollos Hermanos. We had some legendary parties one summer. I once saw Mr Fring leading a conga. I refuse to believe he was this big crime boss everybody is saying he was. RIP Mr Fring. Never forgotten.

I love how the audio is intentionally compressed af 🤣

Loss Prevention 101. 1) Hire Walter White to Make the Product. 2) Prevent Jessie Pinkman from Using it. 3) Hire Mike to make sure product is moving. 4) Poison the entire Cartel who tries to steal your profit. Hope this helped. 😁
  • Imagine being an employee of Los Pollos Hermanos, and waking up one day to find out your slightly intimidating but friendly boss was the frontman for a drug empire that you’ve been unintentionally keeping up a facade for. All on minimum wage, too EDIT- you guys are right, other than that one time with Lyle Gus seems to be a pretty great boss and would probably pay them well, I just find it funny to think that you’d be paid so little with everything else going on
  • @HiyaEverybody.
The attention to details that BB fans know of is incredible in these excellent videos. The container of the hot sauce, weigh it twice. Brilliant.

Gus is a really nice guy. He should try being a HR trainer. If only all bosses were as nice and lenient as him.
  • This is actually how training videos look like, and yes, fast food makes profits by a few cents on every dollar, so, you can actually get fired for taking home DISCARDED food, which would otherwise end up in the dumpster. They take the discarded food, weigh it, calculate the loss, book it and THEN dispose of it via a specialized dumpster service; if losses account for more than 5% then your local can get audited...

Gus can be so scary, his actor really knows how to do his job while exceeding the expectation
  • I love the switch from cold and merciless to happy employer in a split second. Also love the boxes of hot sauce being weighed (twice) being the same type of crate as used for Gus's other product!
  • Poor Gus, just returned from another "Explain yourself" session with Walter White. I am glad that he could still put on a smiling face after having to deal with Walter-Jesse duo.
  • I would actually work for Gus, he doesn’t put his employees in danger and is generally a nice guy on the outside as long as you’re a obedient employee

0:38 Glad to see Gus is a fan of Regalo Helado too. I heard he's great friends with the owner, a certain Mr. Salamanca, I think.
