I remember meeting Art when I was younger and still in Winds of Plague and he’s such a joy to be around. I’m so happy that a guy like him is playing with such an amazing band and doing a great job.

Well I am certainly not a metal drummer but I really enjoyed what Art had to share with us. I can relate to the old days with I Love Lucy and in my later years became friends with the well know "Little Ricky". Thanks to Drumeo for another great video.

Ever since I got to know Art Cruz and followed his work, man I was impressed! A machine for making sound, for making music! Without a shadow of a doubt, it has become one of my biggest references today. I became a big fan of the guy! As a person and professional. The Goddess of Music is grateful and so am I. Long life!

My dad also had like every Santana record growing up too, so that was constantly jamming throughout the house as well. At one time he could even play a lot of it on guitar too, so him and my uncle would jam that shit in the living room multiple multiple times a week. But ofc this was before I got that Ludwig kit, and we never got to actually jam together 😢 Now his hands are all fucked up from a dirt biking accident and his fingers just won’t cooperate anymore sadly.
