"We do not release evidence, in criminal investigations, for the risk that it may interfere with a citizens constitutional rights, when charges are brought".., at least when protecting them is by proxy protecting us. Someone needs to inform sheriff Grady Judd of this policy, as he seemingly has few reservations when it comes to protecting the rights of the citizenry.
