What you see in the Tenderloin during the day is only the beginning. According to city officials, the situation becomes far worse after dark. Mayor London Breed is proposing a new curfew for select retail stores around the Tenderloin to create a crackdown on drug use outside of the nighttime markets.

It's not just the Tenderloin, it's Civic Center, Polk Gulch, Lower Nob Hill, Soma. Even the Public Library is taken by addicts. It's ridiculous.

They seem to think it’s so easy to manage law abiding legal businesses than to mange illegal activities. It’s the illegal activity that should be fined with accountability not legal activities.
