Plot twist: Within a nanosecond, both AIs communicated with each other, analyzed entirety of chess, solved it, agreed that it's a solved game, thus boring and then created their own ruleset based on god knows what and that's what they are playing. Their goals are beyond our understanding

Saw this, got immediately inspired to play chatgpt, did so, and somehow got it to accept defeat after it brought 9 major pieces back (including 2 queens) from the beyond in equally comedic fashion. Thank you for the inspiration!
