trust me this is NOT a beginner level exercise. i did david goggins' workout and my whole body became sore for 4 days. to think that my level of fitness is already intermediate. i do 400-500 burpees, jog for 30 kms and do 115km bike ride from time to time. i thought i was already strong enough but i was almost crushed by goggins workout. his workout is a very good benchmark on how fit you are.

The workout Stationary lunges - 75 reps each leg Squats - 180 Stationary lunges - 75 reps each side Squats - 135 Stationary lunges - 45 Jumping jacks - 4 mins Situps - 180 Push ups - 150 Supermans 33x4 alternating Pushups 15x4

The fact that he can work out in silence and not use music to motivate himself is what stands out to me

this is the first workout that started my fitness journey 3 years ago when I was coming out of a dark place, I was sore for days but it got easier week by week. currently Iām in the best shape Iāve been in decades just a few years later. I wanted to thank Goggins for his tuff love inspiration and for helping me strive to become the best version, Goggins is that dude!

Remember guys. Warm up before this workput and static stretch your ENTIRE body after this. Even try and static stretch before you go to bed so you won't be so sore. My friend did this and was sore for 3-4 days.

I did this workout with my brother because he was excited to share it with me. I couldnāt walk for 2 days after and itās now been over a week and my thighs burn painfully when I try to stretch or even flex them. I hope they get better in another week or so. Iāve never felt like this before.

Just finished this workout guys. The push-ups sucked and if i havent seen the timer at the end with the superman id not kept it up. But trust me, after a relaxing day you hit that thinf and it puts you on your feet. Thank you Goggins for that, man you're amazing. We'll see each other in a few years, bet. - Adam.

I did this workout in at at Dolores park after a work meeting, ran 8 miles over the Golden Gate Bridge and up Marin, the next few days my thighs had never bin so sore this goggins workout is definitely the real deal I felt it all weekā¦ā¦. Do it!
