If VP Harris wins on Nov. 6 that explains why you've always said, a little quizzically, Pres. Biden's chart implies he is smiling after Nov. 6. At the time you could only assume that meant he won, but now as candidates have changed, it makes even more sense that he is looking on VP Harris like a proud Dad and smiling!
