Tortilla Pizza with Eggs, Vegetables, and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 large tortillas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red paprika (bell pepper), diced
- 1 green onions, chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
