Enoshima - Shoreline Caves

This is the reward awaiting those who make the trek through the island of Enoshima, the Pacific shoreline. This was my first taste of the island life in Japan, and it was intoxicating. If it weren't for the spiders I would have moved in a heartbeat. I apologize for the darkness inside the caves, but I think it's great that there isn't much artificial lighting inside them. The caves are left largely undisturbed apart from things needed for safety, like the candlestick you are given at the entrance.
