As a PTSD veteran I want to thank you Cody. I can't participate in outdoor displays/fun on the 4th, nor can my service dog. BUT, we have you now! I am a new fan, and Sonny (me dog-mate) is too because I can turn down yer boom-booms. And Sure, I can watch big fireworks replays with scripted color-commentary , or watch you make it fun again, like a kid in a candy-store kind of fun!!! I feel like I am a participant again instead of a bystander watching from the inside-out. I recommend you to all vets who've sat alone inside, on their couch holding their dog for too long on "Our" day. We can spend it with you and binge a little bit of the patriot "boom-booms" we knew before being shell shocked....crap, I tink I shed a tear just now (or my upstairs neighbors toilet is leaking again) Thank you brother, stay excited patriot, you are adopted

Our family watched this video last night because we live in an area where fireworks are banned. It really helped us not feel so bummed. Your video had the right vibe and hit all the nostalgis buttons. Almost as good as watching somebodys grandpa stumble back in their folded chair, drink in hand, when he realizes too late he was sitting too close. Very cool video! Thank you!

To those who don't know, Periculum is a spell used during the Goblet of Fire which shoots red sparks.

For any dog owner: Start binging Cody's videos (louder) 1-2 hours before fireworks start. It WILL help in getting your dog accustomed to the sound of the bangs with a human voice (his) in the background. I have discussed this with my vet and he highly recommends this.

whos ready for cody to make his own fireworks
  • @Optagonapus
i love the focus on safety with the other fireworks being a healthy 6-10 inches away
  • I love the pure joy in his voice as some of these are going off… nothing better than listening/watching someone do something they love.
  • I will admit that dual spinner firework was WAY cooler than i thought it would be

The battle of armageddon with brand is next level 😂😂😂
  • 10/10 Would prefer all these in a row as a fireworks show. These are all so creative. Each and every one of these comes from someone who knows what they are doing. So sick. It's amazing how much enjoyment can come from uniqueness rather than just being huge and loud.
  • "These things unfortunately go off one at a time" is unbelievably funny to me

The whistling kitty chaser made all three of my cats run to the TV and try and find what ever was making that noise, lmao
  • My favourite time of year the annual Cody B strange fireworks video. Nobody on youtube is more enthusiastic about anything. My favorite is where he sounds dissapointed that it didnt spin or do something else and then it does it and he loses his mind.

In the 70's when I was a kid in the UK we used to be able to get things called aeroplanes. They were like a rocket with wings but went horizontal at a slight rising angle
  • The amount of excitement for SHAPES oh my god 😂😂😂😂 this was such a wonderful and wholesome video! Your excitement over these was contagious. I freaking loved it!
  • lol man I’m 26 and I love fireworks and my mom was like why do you want fireworks you are to old .. I told her go tell that to CODY ! She said who’s Cody I just smiled and said “ A Legend “
