As a PTSD veteran I want to thank you Cody. I can't participate in outdoor displays/fun on the 4th, nor can my service dog. BUT, we have you now! I am a new fan, and Sonny (me dog-mate) is too because I can turn down yer boom-booms. And Sure, I can watch big fireworks replays with scripted color-commentary , or watch you make it fun again, like a kid in a candy-store kind of fun!!! I feel like I am a participant again instead of a bystander watching from the inside-out. I recommend you to all vets who've sat alone inside, on their couch holding their dog for too long on "Our" day. We can spend it with you and binge a little bit of the patriot "boom-booms" we knew before being shell shocked....crap, I tink I shed a tear just now (or my upstairs neighbors toilet is leaking again) Thank you brother, stay excited patriot, you are adopted
  • The enthusiasm you had when saying "duel action spinning in different directions" & the comments that followed killed me😂
  • @dpscloud3324
The battle of armageddon with brand is next level 😂😂😂
  • @saltywench
The whistling kitty chaser made all three of my cats run to the TV and try and find what ever was making that noise, lmao

The spell periculum is used to shoot red sparks out of your wand. This was used in the Goblet of Fire during the maze task to alert the officials that the competitor was in danger. The word "periculum", in Latin, is actually a noun that means "danger or risk". For those who needed to know
  • I love how pumped he gets over these fireworks. He's been able to hold on to something from his childhood that makes him happy and even makes some money doing it. Sounds like a dream. Congrats.

To those who don't know, Periculum is a spell used during the Goblet of Fire which shoots red sparks.

Our family watched this video last night because we live in an area where fireworks are banned. It really helped us not feel so bummed. Your video had the right vibe and hit all the nostalgis buttons. Almost as good as watching somebodys grandpa stumble back in their folded chair, drink in hand, when he realizes too late he was sitting too close. Very cool video! Thank you!

Climbing Panda made me LoL for real! 😆
  • My cat came investigating when you lit the whistling kitty chaser. I wish I recorded it! LOL

For any dog owner: Start binging Cody's videos (louder) 1-2 hours before fireworks start. It WILL help in getting your dog accustomed to the sound of the bangs with a human voice (his) in the background. I have discussed this with my vet and he highly recommends this.

I love the pure joy in his voice as some of these are going off… nothing better than listening/watching someone do something they love.

Y'all had absolutely the BEST weather conditions for your very well curated fireworks. As a closet pyromaniac, I approve this message. WOW!
  • Thank you! You had me smiling and giggling like a child...I am 64. The alarm clock, cup one, the spinners on a stand were awesome.

Whenever I go to my local fireworks store to load up, I always enjoy getting the weird kind of "off brand" stuff just to see what it does. Some are truly the most fun compared to the norm and in all honesty thatss how ive discovered some of the coolest fountains ive ever seen.
  • @xarin42
The Never Ending Fountain lasted about 1 minute and 10 seconds for those curious.
  • @Brushyip
He makes this 10 times more fun with his reactions and commentary ❤❤
