The useless and dumb FM will only look to squeeze more out of the people and eventually will lead to BJP free Bharat
  • It is my earnest request to Mrs. FM to increase tax both on L T & ST to 200 percent . In that way Govt will become all in all. No inflation no rate hike bla bla bla
  • Twenty years ago a man bought a land for ten lakhs. That time ten lakhs was worth a crore. He sold it for eighty lakhs. Did he have any capital gain. In fact he lost twenty lakhs. Still the government will say he bought for ten lakhs and sold it for eight laks and it is a huge capital gain and he have to pay minimum ten lakhd as capital gain. So he lost another ten lkhs.. What a way of collecting taxes. Please consider..

Reduce captial gains should be 5%… STT should be 10%… GST SHOULD BE 12% Flat on everything.. no cesss and other nonsense.. corporate tax 20%.. income tax 25% above 30L above 1cr 30% .. simple and clear taxation will solve issues and increase Tax collection

THE MUSHROOM CALCULATIONS SHOULD BE SCRAPPED BASED ON ASSESSMENT OF FALTY RICH CONCEPT TO TEERORRISE THE TAX PAYER TO STAY AWAY FROM CLAIMING THE FULL COST VALUE OF HIS / HER HOUSES OR APARTMENTS. SPECIAL TREATMENT OF CAPITAL GAIN TAX SHOULD BE ALLOWED FOR THE LAND OWNERS WHO WAS CHEATED BY THE BUILDERS AND COMPLETED THEIR APRTMENTS WITH THEIR OWN COST.
