Re: the exercise Bergvall was doing - the exercise is called a Nordic Curl, although the players were only doing the eccentric phase of the movement. It's not primarily a core exercise, it's an isolation exercise for the hamstrings. His performance is pretty good, for sure, but if you look up some YouTube videos of people performing Nordic Curl Eccentrics, you'll see it's really nothing particularly surprising.

I think I speak for everyone when I say we really appreciate you Ali taking your time out of your day to make these videos and talk to us your amazing thank you. On another note I really think an Archie/ Bergvall and Maddison or Devine line up and maybe in the future Maddison goes the the left (possibly) either way really amazing line up and the bench quality would be amazing Sarr, Bentencur, Biss, Deki.
