Join me for a walk around the idyllic West Yorkshire town of Hebden Bridge, once upon a time a powerhouse of Britain's weaving industry, and today one of the most fashionable and most desirable places to live in the region!

On our walk around Hebden Bridge, we pass a number of interesting landmarks, including Hebden Water, Old Bridge, Hebden Bridge Mill, St. George's Square, The White Swan Hotel, New Road, Hebden Bridge Memorial Gardens, Rochdale Canal, Calder Holmes Park, Black Pit Lock, The Trades Club, Hebden Bridge Little Theatre, Hope Baptist Church, Hebden Bridge Picture House, Carlton Buildings, St. George's Bridge, Hebden Bridge Town Hall and The Buttress.

I love Hebden Bridge, I've been there several times, but I didn't know much of it's history. I really enjoyed the video ❤
  • This video is so very well made and narrated. Thank you!

I visited Hebden Bridge as much as possible it is the most wonderful place that I have been ever. The only thing that's upset me was the new town hall which is without any architectural merit at all. It is amazing that that this bland place got planning permission.

I love all the walking tours. Thanks to them I learned all about Grasmere and gingerbread and became the hit of both my friend in the UK and my family on this other side of the pond. The only slight lamentation is that the most recent vids are narrated. i enjoyed being able to turn off sound, read the explanatory captions and not have to wake up others or bother others at the odd times I would enjoy a walk and others the stillness, LOL. I can't merely turn off the sound as the captions, so very informative of times past, in particular, are absent. SIGH.

Went there with my ex girlfriend a few years back. We were unashamedly lesbian spotting, but also appreciating the beauty of the place,
