Plot twist: they didnt want to touch it because it was the same color as spinach 😂

Loki is a God. No further questions necessary. Matter of fact, in myth he’s also Saturn, in Norse it’s Sætere, who is the God of Time. Wednesday is Wodin’s/Odin day as he is sometimes called Woden, Thursday is Thors day, Friday is for Frigga, and Saturday is Sætere’s day, secretly Loki. Lokis the only God in myth that can be anything he wants and can CHANGE the kind of God he is. To me he represents the aspect of God that is boundless and has unlimited potential. He’s the most powerful but he chooses to play small games instead just because it entertains him far more. Can’t expect anything else from an all-powerful trickster.

And they even use it as paper weights lol 😂

Could also be that since Loki was always the supposed to be the god at the end of time , the time stone is simply his magic , witch is why it has its green glow
  • @TheWalkingRed
That's a great theory and all, but as you can see in the clip, the Infinity Stones, including the time stone, are all powerless. They don't have their magnificent glow that they had outside of the TVA. Loki doesn't have any special abilities yet, so I believe anybody could hold that useless paperweight. But you're right about the foreshadowing because of all the stones to pick up, he chose the time stone
  • I loved the part where he explained why Loki was able to touch timelines
  • @svrls0619
It might had been forshadowing, but also infinity stones out of the particular space are worthless.
  • @0nIyGeese
They literally explain in that episode that within the TVA the stones are just paper weights............god some people shouldnt be allowed to make content without research

Thor : god of thunder Loki : god of time
  • I like how at the end of Avengers, Hulk calls Loki "puny god" but at the end of Loki, he becomes the most powerful, most burdend god of the multiverse...complete opposites.

"That's how Loki always learns from his mistakes"
  • @AzuMazu_
its definitely foreshadowing, but its not really a mystery people can touch em at the tva
  • Stones in TVA have no power , in the same line the guy which shows loki thw stones says thwy use them as paperweights that means all of them can touch them, not because the people are special , because infinity stones in TVA are just regular shiny rocks
