Julian is a genius. He disagrees with the way his coach was portrayed in a documentary so you start bringing team guys in to show how it really was.

Ernie needs to be inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame

This episode was INSANE. The single best Pats podcast I have ever watched. Ernie is amazing. Amazing. He's literally one of the most interesting people I have ever listened to. The guy just rattled off like 40+ stories in a blink of an eye....you know he has a library of 1000s of stories. His life experience is unmatched. I could tell that you guys enjoyed every second of that podcast as much as anyone could. That shit was magic.

This man needs to write a book - not necessarily about the Patriots, but about his role as "Football Research Director," what he's learned, how he approaches the game, etc.
  • Ernie is one of the pillars of Patriot's success dynasty. Wise and fun to listen to. He is the type of people that society needs. Excellent at their work, has perspective on topics, humble, not ego maniac, with discipline and etiquette, has no personal agenda always put the team first. Awesome interview.
  • instantly my favorite interview ever, good job by Julian letting Ernie talk and not interrupting. Ernie is an absolute treasure I could listen to him all day
