I always choose learning, creating and productivity. Sometimes I just sit on silence. I am not afraid of boredom .

The mentor and voice that I need to hear in my life , thank you.
  • I have a feeling he purposefully made this video boring just to put us in that state. He's making the video engaging by making it boring! How genius.

Propensity to boredom is a character trait. Some people are much more prone to it than others. It’s actually highly correlated with anxiety

As wilde said: I find that boredom in all its countless hues brings about all the undesirable effects of lack of interest.

In about 5 mins. You have taught me something so simple(to my 34 y o traumatic brain injury survivor brain). 🌺Thank you Mr. Greene for rewiring my association to boredom Good morning(its 10:22am) from Manila, Ph 🙆🏻‍♀ I hope you have a great day

Taking a nap and having your shadow speak to you in your dreams is also a productive way.

I have a addition to this that has implied huge to my own life. When getting bored of things u "love doing" take a step back from those things. Come into yourself, meditate, take a nap, go on vacation or whatever it is you need. Especially meditation is a great thing to do while bored.

Hahaha! I was just watching an episode of Bluey where the mother told Bluey that sometimes you have to be OK with being bored. Wisdom we all need to hear from time to time.
